Interested in Letterpress

I don't even know exactly what the letterpress process involves, I just know it looks neat on cards and stationary. I ran across this store searching through Amber Favorite's site (that's her real name). The store is the Evanston Print & Paper Shop and they offer workshops, studio space, equipment, etc., all involved in printing and bookbinding. I feel a new obsession coming on...

Neat little books

I'm a little old fashioned and while I like everything to be online my solution is just to put passwords and account numbers in my Outlook Contacts. I also keep a backup at home. So if you're really old fashioned and into stationary and little books you might like this Password Log book I found at See Jane Work.

Nani Bird has landed

I found "Woody" the Nani Bird on some creative person's blog (sorry, can't remember who mentioned it) and couldn't help downloading the first four of the set. Now there are tons of birds and mini birds. I am thinking I will let the refugee kids I hang out with do the rest, but maybe just the 15 year old, because it does involve an exacto knife.
